    Shipping policy

    Orders typically arrive within 4-6 business days. Items shipped directly from the vendor or to Alaska and Hawaii have longer delivery lead times. This offer does not apply to International, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Business Direct orders.


    The cost for shipping is based upon total order amount. Use the tables below as a quick reference for calculating the shipping charge for an order. An additional surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and/or weight. The surcharge, if applicable, will be noted on the product description page as well as the shipping subtotal of your order.

    We currently offer these shipping options within the United States: Standard, Expedited

    Domestic Standard Shipping rates are $6.95 per PAWNIX headset, and pricing calculates in the shopping cart.

    All international shipment are subject to IMPORT / DUTY paid for by the customer unless the shopping cart accounts for this.  This is based on countries trade agreements.  We can try to help answer questions.


    To return your product, you should mail your product to:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    We do free of charge exchanges of size.  Please email us about that option before returning the headset.
